If you wish to cancel you order please contact as soon as possible on 01280 814015 with all your order information to hand (order Reference, Delivery name and Address for delivery).
If the item has not been delivered we can refund your through the method that you paid for your order. We are unable to refund orders, which have already been delivered.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your floral item please contact us on (01280) 814015.Were we will be happy to discuss your concerns and arrange for a suitable replacement for you.
Please be aware that we take every care to deliver your chosen item in the flowers and colours you have chosen, but due to seasonal availability of blooms and quality we may substitute contents. We will also maintain your chosen colour and substitute with a flower of the same of greater value.
Timed deliveries are only taken for funeral items.
If the recipient of your floral gift is unavailable when we attempt delivery we will leave a contact card with our contact details. We will wait for the recipient to contact us before attempting redelivery.
Occasionally we may be unable to deliver due to non-availability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. If such a problem arises we will issue you with a refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver your order.
All information including prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
